Francesco Stochino Weiss, venician native, is a musician, cultural operator, theater and television producer, director and creator of events. He began his organizational career in 1972, at the age of 14, following the footsteps of his father, a Venetian lawyer, an authority in the automotive sports field, who, as a hobby, organized high-level rally racing events at San Martino di Castrozza, valid for the world champion's championship.

He continued in the world of culture as a conductor of the Asolo Musica Cultural Association, led by the former Superintendent of the Fenice, Ammannati, and by the opera singer Attilio Zamperoni, and then he joined, in 1983, "Tribute to Venice", a well known association in the 1980s, presided by the violinist Uto Ughi.

Subsequently, in 1984, at 26, he founded his first own Cultural Foundation, "World for Venice Fund", with Count Francesco Da Mosto and architect Piero Pazzi. The foundation carried out cultural events aimed at the collection of funds for the restoration of monuments in Venice and for charity events. Among the most significant initiatives, there is a great concert at Asolo of the Scala Philharmonic Orchestra, directed by the famous Master Gianandrea Gavazzeni, an event realized in favor of UNICEF.

In 1985, Francesco Stochino Weiss started his carreer as dance and theater producer, taking over a Spanish Ballet Campaign: the Ballet de Rafael Aguilar. The ballet under his lead has produced until 1989 6 new titles, performed in 450 plays in every part of the world. Among these, the Bolero, Yerna, Diquela de l'Alhambra. The star of the company was Lola Greco, divine of the Spanish dance, still inimitable artist to this day.

In 1986, she contributed to Andre Anderman's Music Notes in Mondovisione in over 50 countries, and in 1987 he played an important part in the Italian RAI UNO music show. In the same year, RAI Tre and Eurovision realized the first fully-featured television show, a grand Gala for the closing of Carnirval of Venice. Alfredo Kraus, I momix, Gail Gilmore, Luciana Savignano, Carla Fracci were present at the event.

In 1989 he established his own Spanish dance company "España Ballet", with the young dancer Miguel Angel. He produced 4 new titles and realized the first television event in the "Carmem Mito del Gitano" vision that sees the return to Josè Carreras's scenes after the long illness. He is appointed Artistic Director of the Festival of Villa Pisani in Veneto and the Festival of San Giusto in Trieste.

In 1992 he was at the Seville Expo, where he collaborated with the United Nations pavilion and with the organization of the Expo for several events to realize the honorable days of the participating countries. In 1993 he was appointed Consultant Artisitco Al Teatro of the Budapest Opera and he stayed in charge for three years.

In 1990, he made 4 new ballet productions and a ballet work with Jose Carreras, which went on stage in Rome and Milan.

Beginning in 1991, he began producing a lyric opera production in the USA, Mexico, Canada, Israel and Spain with over 200 performances in total. Major artists included Anna Caterina Antonacci, Ildiko Komlosi, Ruggero Raimondi, Cecilia Gasdia, and others. In the same year, Opera Italiana was born, which will also have a humanitarian branch.

In 1994, he realized the first two great humanitarian events from Sarajevo, still bloody by the long Serbian siege. The first broadcast was from Sarajevo's pedriatric hospital and from over 15 other locations in the world. Stars like Witney Houston, Carreras, Sugar, Victoria de Los Angeles, Renata Scotto participated to the event, which was broadcasted in 46 countries around the world. After that, he set the milestone for crisis events: the Mozart Requiem, directed by Zunbin Mehta, held inside the ruins of the old library of Sarajevo, burned by the Serbs. It was broadcasted live in 96 countries on the 19th of June, 1994. In Italy it was broadcasted by RAI1.

In September of that same year, he realized "Help Rwanda", an event from Rwanda and Taormina, with the participation of Monica Bellucci, Paul Young, Boiz To Men, Uto Ughi and many more.

In 1996, he was called by the United Nations to calibrate the pacification in Bosnia with another great event involving Andrea Bocelli, Luciana Savignano, Maurice Bejiart, Lola Greco, Daniel Ezralow.
In 1996 he also founded Progetto Italia as a television production house, which is still active. The company produced 67 opera titles, from the San Carlo Theater in Naples, LA Fenice in Venice, The Teatro Massimo in Palermo.

In 1997, he was nominated music director of the "Circuito del Mito", a festival of 109 shows in Sicily.

In 2000, with RAI, he organized the world-famous "Marica Callas" concourse with over 1000 participants from 5 continents. He also created another event from Monreale "Verdi Prayers" in Eurovision in 34 countries in Europe.

In 2002, he made "Hymn of the Vines", an event for FAO on the occasion of the year of mountains, a concert with multiple live location, also transmitted from the Vatican Nervi Room, with the presence of Pope John Paul II. The event was broadcasted by RAI Two in 45 countries around the world, and the landscape of Trentino, from Valsugana to Val di Fassa, was presented to the audience.

In 2003 he was in Baghdad for a TV event on RAI UNO with the UN for the cultural revival of Iraq after Saddam.

Later on, he made "H2O", an event for the World Water Day, presented in Beirut on June 5th.

In October 2003, he started his activity in China, with a great event of music and television from Beijing and Venice, with the participation of La Fenice Theater, followed by a consultancy with the Beijing Music Festival Art Foundation and other Chinese governmental cultural institutions, which are still underway.
Within the various positions held in China, Stochino makes a historic event for the country: a concert in the Vatican, in the presence of Pope Benedict XVI on the occasion of the Olympic year, an event marking the reopening of the relationship between China and the Holy See, Interrupted in 1949.

In 2007 he realized in Madrid a "Traviata Colossal", with 400 artists and 11,500 spectators.

In 2008, at the Beijing Olympics, he made an event on RAI UNO and Chinese CCTV with the presence of Giovanni Allevi and other artists.

In 2011, he produced the first live 3D show. The Budapest Opera season is inaugurated with the Barbablu Box and Ravel Bolero. It is the first production of this kind in history. Stochino, for the occasion, created an workshop "ad hoc" that deals with new technologies for the show: 3D live live.

In 2013, he created, in Beijing, 6 different opera performances with animated projections. The performances are screened at the Beijing Music Festival on Verdi's year.

In 2014 he cares for a 3D musical in Catania: Juliet and Romeo.

Among the new commitments in 2017 there is the resumption of activities related to wakeful events, with a completely new and innovative technology. And in 2018 a new ballet 3D production.

In 2017, he creates a new version of Bolero, with which he makes a tour in Italy. Production star, Lola Greco, divine of Spanish dance.

In December of the same year his first book "San Martino was not just a Rallye" was published on the history of the famous car race.

In May 2018 he was again called as advisor in the Beijing Music Festival with a three-year assignment.

In 2019 he coordinates and produces an exhibition on the 500th anniversary of Leonardo's death for the Cafa Museum, or the Chinese national academy of fine arts in Beijing "Leonardo and his great school". The exhibition, before arriving in China, also makes a stop in Venice at the Levi Foundation. It produces three side events

In 2020 on February 23, he realizes the only live event from Wuhan during the lockdown of the city with 16 singers in unison, in connection with the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory of Music, a program that is broadcast online by the Chinese platform Kuka, with over 6 million viewers of the entire concert and 40 million on other networks. In the second half of the year, it acquires executive production from Peter Klein's Amircian company Living Arst for the management of an online KISWE television platform for the production of live video on demand for classical and crossover music.
